Riverside's leadership consists of our Student Life Minister, Jen Smith; Leadership Council (composed of lay leaders); and a Board of Trustees (who have oversight over church financial matters).

Student Life Minister's Biography

Jen Smith was born in Michigan and has since lived in Minnesota, South Dakota, Indiana, Colorado, and Oregon before coming to reside in Virginia. She was raised in a Christian home (Jen's father was a pastor) and therefore has been involved in the church her entire life.

Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Bible/Religion from Anderson University (2004). She then went on to earn a Master of Divinity from Anderson School of Theology (2007). Jen enjoys reading, being outside, traveling, and
